You should go direct to casinos accepting US players. You'll waste about 100% from my experience when it comes to CPA offers going through networks instead of direct to the casino. Example one European Casino pays CPA $150 with a base of 50, I can get CPA $400 with a base of 30 (longterm working with them already, but still).

most FB apps that are slots are direct working with agency's, its rare to find them in networks

Slots for fun or what do you mean without gambling ? From my definition, Slots are cash games

We have Slots Journey (iOS) for US. Both iPhone and iPad. Are you looking for mobile by any chance?

If a downloadable game offer is fine. Hit me up, I'll send you the right way for a free downloadable casino offer.

Check out GSN. The payout is low but I bet it converts well (haven't tried it myself).

What do you mean by base? I've been toying with the idea of going direct on a cost per sale or rev share basis.

In gambling, base means deposit line. Means a CPA is only valid for a new signup that deposits a total of xx $, otherwise you don't get the CPA. Depending on your 'base' you'll get a different CPA. Beside that, usually every 1-2 months your base is going to be adjusted to your CPA deal.
