If you're completely new to the exchange, you'll probably have a better experience working with a network that already has a seat. Push them to be as transparent as possible and involve you in the optimization process. They will take a margin, but you'll basically be trading lower ROI for instant access and RMX experience. After a few campaigns, you'll probably feel confident enough to go direct (and have the chops to get a seat).
