Poll: Your Primary Mobile Traffic Source?

Just curious as to what most people are using for their main traffic source on mobile. Let me know if I missed any big ones.

Well looks like so far we've got a good amount on the "other" option. Is there a big one I missed? I'm still pretty new to mobile.

You dont have LeadBolt could be why you see "other"

Ah yes, knew I was forgetting one. Any admins know how to add it to the poll?

No more available options to ad it in. I can drop one out if you want and swap it for LeadBolt? Just let me know which one

How much are you guys spending on mobile traffic per day?

about $3k to $10k depending on what offers are live

How many ad networks are that spread across?

05-11-2012 04:08 PM #14 The Angry Russian (Moderator)

About a dozen. I'm not always running all of them at the same time, like I said it depends on what offers are out.

Different networks have different strengths in terms of volume and pricing. Example JumpTap is strong in the US and not so much international. So if I have a strong offer in the US I'll launch there, if I have something international I'll launch elsewhere.

You usually use the landing page?

Direct linking for life.

^^ Word. ^^ Trust me, I've tried it both ways (direct vs. LP), figure out processes to analyze the data, the additional click discrepancy by running your own tracking/landing page isn't worth the extra data.
