notice some of the offers have bad rating, anyway to get it green ?
Outsource to 1000 people, on different comp and different ip, vote the site as safe. It will turn green afterward.
Use facebook page tabs to get around the link alerts
Heres a fb page dedicated to the problem & finding a work around .... early days but some potential

write a script to automate that even better
Too bad that advertisers don’t move their asses and offer more domains or do the fu* ratings on their own. That’s the least they could do.
I tried to run a game once and it was yellow, I mentioned it to my AM and said they should tell the advertiser to hire people to up-vote it as it could potentially damage their business. The next week when I checked it's rating it was 95's across the board.
zeno : so someone get hired to vote it, turn the color to green ?
Pretty sure. Would be a piece of cake and cost next to nothing for an advertiser to hire someone to do it. I told my AM they should find someone on Fiverr/Elance/Freelancer/etc to do it as there was likely people there who were experienced in doing it already.
hate that stupid wot rating
Challenge with WOT is that as a new user you have little weight. Therefore auto posting bots are likely to not work. The Top 100 users have a huge weight in determining a sites ranking.
Im sure some of them in the background "sell" their services.

What has ended up happening with the various movements against it? I think they are owed a class-action lawsuit, the level of corruption is just ridiculous. It just needs to be based around damage to legitimate businesses rather than anything to do with affiliate-heavy offers. I can see the origins of WoT now... some guys sitting around when they suddenly think "hey, lets start a ratings website and become an authority on how trustworthy websites are. We can use the desire of people to have an opinion to build up tonnes of rankings. Then we'll deliberately skew certain sites rankings, making them lose visitors, and then offer to give them a seal of trust for money to get their ratings back in the green. Genius!"

I think the trust seal is a little different though. And it wouldn't surprise me if people pay to have their ratings changed behind the scenes, i.e. have WoT test their site and confirm it seems fine, then slap on a green rating for $xxx. At least that's how my corrupt service would roll.
MyWOT has ruined my life. It's just HORRIBLE.
seal my ass, fuckbook.... damn it.
