Traffic Source first? or an offer? first? (4)
I've been getting mixed opinions..
When you choose to run a campagin.
do you either..
1) choose a traffic source first, and see what others are running. and integrate their ideas and make them better AND run a campaign with a similar offer.
2) choose an offer first, do some research and put your own creativity to it. and spend some cash making it work..
Any ideas??
If you are completely starting from scratch I'd say traffic source. Better to master a traffic source and think of different offers that would work.
If you're intermediate you usually find offers and load them up in various traffic sources you know you can scale.
hm, so i guess if you are starting out then learning from the competition would be more doable then.... And once you get enough of experience....... I guess you could add your own twist to it..
I'd agree. Choose a traffic source to master first, and figure out what will work well on there. Spying on what is being run, asking your affiliate manager and just using common sense will generally tell you where to focus on that traffic source.
