Where to Next Moderators?

First off want to thank you all for all your help! This forum is the shit! I have hit my first 100.00 days with only doing this for 2 mths on 2 campaigns. Working my ass off though! I plan to blow through that and hit 1k days in the next 2 mths. All thanks to this forum.

Ok so i finally got my first profitable campaign running on pof. I have been able to get it stable. I want to start scaling to other countries.

First question should i take it 1 country at a time? ex: ca then uk etc.. or just open it to both at once?

What countries do you recommend first?

Also when i do this should i clone the camp then test in other countries or run off current camp?

Then i want to know what traffic source you would take a camp from pof. so i can start familiarizing myself with that source or sources.

Thanks guys

One other question. I have say 3 age groups per sex. So 6 camps running for 1 offer. A couple are kicking my ass. So do you guys just kill that demo and work with whats working? or do you keep pounding it out till you get profitable. Out of my 6 camps for that offer 1 of them doesn't want to convert. Im still currently testing.

From my experience different countries can act different. You can be profitable in CA but be losing money in the UK. So yes, it can be good to test multiple countries at once

Thanks Marc. Anybody else out there want to respond? I remember the days when Mr. green and Polar, and Stacks used to jump in and drop bombs. It seems like their not around as much now a days?

If you're talking POF man, and you've been running only in the US, take it straight to CA right now. CA has always been my number 1 performer.

The next step is to go UK, but UK is a little different and I usually find it a bit harder to make it work, even with the same creatives, but most of the time the same creatives work, just less of the total that work for US and CA

No reason why you can't just scale into these countries tomorrow, upload the campaigns just keep a close eye on your tracking and your bottom line.

US/CA/UK is the most bang for buck on POF, although countries like IE/AU/NZ although they have tiny traffic, can be huge ROI with relatively simple creatives, in fact almost everything works in these countries.

Recently started testing Brazil, and thats even easier again, just low traffic. Find a way to dominate these countries and you can very easily make $1k/day man.

But yeah, for now if you're running the camps in US go to CA and UK, get them stable there (whatever stability you can gather on pof haha) and then go to the even lower traffic countries

Go get it man!

Thanks man! HEY What about taking to other traffic sources? Where to go from pof that would be a semi smooth transition?

There isn't really a semi smooth transition in my opinion, or at least that I know about so anyone is welcome to chime in here and correct me.

I'd say closest is facebook lol, but thats not really that close at all

It's unlikely you'll find anywhere with as many targeting options as Plentyoffish, that cooperates with affiliates, especially for the dating niche.

Facebook has strong targeting and infinitely more traffic, but it's Facebook. Recommended only for those who like the feeling of a sore arse.

To go back to your original question though, scaling in to other countries is something that I try to do as rapidly as possible.

If you're running in America, like Maynzie said, Canada is the easiest and most logical country to scale in to. From my experience, it's tougher to get strong CTRs in Canada but the quality is good.

I always find it easier to scale in to the UK. But maybe that's because I'm British and have a more fluid understanding of selling to Brits. Canada has given me problems in the past.

Ultimately, you should test whatever inventory you can get your hands on. That includes finding a cheap translator on Fiverr and diving in to the non-English speaking countries. There's easy money in those markets. It's just protected from most affiliates by a foreign language.

Lots of good tips in this thread. Congrats marketone on getting a stable income. I want to get to the point where you are now. I would be grateful if I can reach it in a 2 month period like you.
