Getting Clicks From Unkown Source 0_o

Hey Dooods,

I don't know if I should be worried or not.

I randomly logged into my aff network and generated report knowing I am not running anything with them at the moment and I see 67 clicks for an app install that I am not running. Got a bunch of clicks yesterday too.

I ran it in the past in UK. One of my domains is redirecting to it, But I checked all of my active accounts and none of them are using that domain/link. I also checked all of my banned accounts, they are all still banned.

I can't figure out where the traffic is coming from. I only have 2 active FB accounts, one is running in France with a different link and the other is pending approval for offers. My 3rd CC is banned and I haven't added it to any accounts.

Anybody experience this before?

no need to worry about that..maybe someone posted your link on fb, on a forum, people bookmakred your link or its a search engine spider..or the adserver from your advertising network is sending a couple random clicks....i mean if your campaigns are paused the worst thing that could happen is FREE traffic :-)

Free Traffic!

This happens to me too relatively often. As long as it doesn't have conversions I don't care, and so far it's never happened to me that these mystery offers get conversions. If it did, I'd probably tell my AM to look into it.

It happens also with old campaign redirects I've noticed often. There are people that have not logged in since 2009 still getting clicks.
