New FB Ad Platform?

Not sure if this affects older advertising accounts, but with a new account I started using, the platform is entirely different. Did this just happen very recently?

Its meant to incorporate their new mobile ads by the end of April...or at least that's what they said at the beginning of the year.

I got switched automatically to their new platform interface on Monday and there was issues with it right away where on Chrome/FF/Safari FB would overwrite your tracking link with the actual destination URL. Super whacky! Anyways this seems to be fixed today and I'm pretty sure the mobile interest category is new...

I got updated too on some of my accounts. When you put in an aff link or a domain that redirects to an offer the system automatically takes out your link and replaces it with the link where the user will end up at the end, removing all of the tracking, codes etc..
