Women Get a Rubbish CTR?!
Whilst I'm commonly getting over 0.2% CTR on dating ads geared towards males, I can't EVER seem to get over 0.1% CTR on females. I'm often floating around 0.07% on a good day.
I must've ran 200+ different ads in the past few days aimed at females, and whilst they get a better EPC on the offer itself, they're still not profitable as I can't get the CTR high enough...
Any tips on getting females to click?

Try another angle, maybe you don't target the women interested in your offer so well... just throwing my first thought

Crysper is right. You will have to think like a woman and then you will get them to click. If you are targeting heavy women then something about finding love etc. might help increase clicks. If you are targeting 18 year olds who are "hot" at least in their minds then think something along the lines of Beckham (i.e. get your own Beckham...) targeting Christian women - find someone who shares your beliefs...
I hope that helps. I di dwell with heavy women and had like 1% ctr

I remember a friend tried to target fatty women. He used lines like ... You're fat and ugly...or nobody likes you and so on, he got some pretty nice CTR. The thing is, every women, even if is fat or not, tries to maintain her body and some of them, even if they are slim they didn't they are ugly...so that direct call was for every female in the end.

Haha, yeah. Was POF if I remember well, on early days. But you can try the same negative approach...it may work

Finch's Premium Posts have good info on this. Using uniforms in ads + using cleavage as it works just as well on women (role model factor)...

<3 for the Premium Post love.
In short, get some tattooed beefcake stud muffins in uniform + ad copy that uses emotional female hooks.
