Shewhart Cycle for continuous improvement (2)
i like simple ideas and things that can help productivity and i think this can relate to Aff Marktng in terms of approach
just ran across this and it's called the Shewhart Cycle or Plan Do Check Act cycle, very straightforward
does anyone agree with this or have another way of systematically going about AM they can share?
Deming taught the PDCA cycle to the Japanese. PDCA is why Toyota went form producing embarrassingly poor quality automobiles in the 1950s to becoming the worlds #1 auto producer.
It is the secret sauce.
It is deceptively simple.
It is infinitely harder than you can image to perfect.
I learned PDCA from Pascal Dennis. He recounts the story when he asked his teacher to teach him PDCA. The response was something like, "It took me 10 years to learn P, 10 years to learn D, 10 years to learn C, and I am now just learning A."
If you master PDCA, you will be successful in Affiliate Marketing.
