Well, then go download Open Web Analytics: http://www.openwebanalytics.com/
It is a very simple-to-install, but very feature-rich, analytics software.
Comparison to Google Analytics:

One awesome thing it has that Google Analytics does not is the ability to do automatically record the mouse movements of users on your site (similar to UserFly but free).
It does pretty much everything that you could want in an analytics software, but doesn't cost a dime, and updates in realtime.
Here are some enormous screenshots (not embedding them b/c they're stretching the page):

Enjoy!
this is fking awesome bro, i will definatly be giving it a try
The adage of "less is more" is certainly true with Google, ... so would seem like a cunning plan to switch to this.
I'm not sure how well this fairs under stress though (few thousand visitors an hour), especially with the 'dom (screen) recording' going on.
awesome one!!! this thing looks amazing! cant wait to try!!!
Looks really nice, I would second 'extremesg' in asking how it performs under stress.
Don't want my tracker killing server performance, probably a good idea to install it on a separate machine and invoke it asynchronously if possible.
just found this .... about the 'domstreams' ... ie : the playback of user movements.... you can speed up the playback by clicking repeatedly on the play toolbar...
dude its an awesome sharing. Actually its really an important option. I have seen people who are using this type of awesome tools. But they don't share. So really thanks for sharing the tool dude
