Disabled after submitting ads. (11)

Disabled after submitting ads.

So I've had these two accounts that are about 1.5 months old and have been running ads regularly. No cloaking.

Thirty minutes ago when I tried to submit several new ads to one of the accounts, after submitting the first ad, I get hit with the typical "Unusual Payment Activity" error message. I then try submitting new ads on my second account, and right after submitting the first ad, I get the same error.

I check my logs and see that Facebook never visited my offers or anything today.

I've never had this happen. These accounts have been spending money everyday, but they were basically flagged to auto-disable as soon as another ad was submitted.

Has anyone experienced this? I filled out those usual contact forms, so I should hear back from them tomorrow. Hopefully I get these accounts back.

If the system disables the account then they should give it back. I had the same thing on my other account. Their system shut my whole account down to the point where I wasn't able to even log in. I didn't even get a chance to submit any ads lol.

They emailed me a few days later after I contacted them and they told me that their system for some reason detected a "security risk"

All of the accounts that they disabled I got them back because non of my ads were breaking the guidelines. They just say sorry and give it back. A lot of accounts however were disabled while I had an ad running against the guidelines, Thats when they ban the account and you have to look for another one.

I hope this helps

Martin, I believe FB is getting stricter and stricter lately (I notice it starting this month). I believe in the next email they will ask you questions like:

- Are you the true account holder of the payment method you added... questions like that.

Just show them prove (your past receipts from FB) and I guess they will be more than happy to reactive your accounts. All the best!

Were you submitting the ads manually or using some kind of bulk ad creator?

Well I filled out the contact us form for both accounts, and they were both enabled after 12 hours. All is good now.

Did they ask you to upload a government issued ID?

Is it just me or is MrGrunin the only guy I've ever heard of getting love from FB and getting accounts back after contacting them? lol

I've just got an email and the red box on a 3k account I haven't used in about a week, what is it you actually say to them when filling in the contact form - you seem to have a high recovery rate at this stage.

Also got this email sent with it:

Facebook will not tolerate behavior that users may find annoying or abusive, or that violates our Terms of Use or Advertising Guidelines.
Cheers

Yea, I'd like to know too. I was completely honest and totally upfront about being willing to do whatever they told me to do. Still got the copy and pasted response that I was being terminated.
