EWA global pixel

hello,

working in EWA's interface and was wondering if anyone know how to add a global pixel?

What I see in the interface is:

Global Pixel
Not Enabled

tried to get a hold of my AM but no luck.

will keep trying but in the meanwhile, thought i would ask here to see if anyone knows

I had to get my AM to install mine. I tried the same thing you've described and had no luck.
