I'm running my first mobile pay per call campaign in Google.
I used Wordtracker and Keyword Spy to help me get keywords.(Both are paid versions).
The keywords make sense to me and match my ad headlines, but almost all of them have a Quality Score of 2 or 3.
How do I get higher quality keywords ? I've heard that long tail keywords are not good for mobile campaigns.
Thanks
Are you running WAP campaigns or smartphone?
WAP.
So, no landing page
My understanding is that keyword quality score is less important in WAP campaigns.
Even poor quality score keywords will get some traffic.
The word is long tail does not work well in mobile because people don't type them in
when searching for info on their phones. Yet if you let your campaign run for a week,
you'll see long tail keywords in the "see search term" section of your Google campaign,
but usually not many.
Thanks Stig ! That helps a lot.
