Running on Mojiva?

Anyone know if Mojiva can block sites/pubs on campaign level or can they only block it across your entire account?

Yes they can. Just make sure you get an AM that knows what they are doing.

You need to have a premium advertiser account to block sites.

Thanks - I've signed a $20k IO with them. I expected better service.

Yeah - they should take care of you asap - having issues with them currently - huge click discrepancies (over 95% click loss - over 850 clicks yesterday, but only saw 9 of those clicks).

Are you targeting Feature phones? I've seen almost no discrepancy on iOS and Android but the little bit of Feature phones I have run was just terrible for click loss. They won't really budge on click loss. I asked for credit but it was only a few hundred clicks and they just blew me off. One tip is to look for specific handsets - its often on-deck inventory that can blow up with huge discrepancies.

The traffic is definitely not cheap - high click loss is not acceptable

Actually the server logs show one ip address generated 800 clicks. Mojiva counts every click even if it is not unique - 800 clicks from a single ip address looks like click fraud to me.

that's almost certainly on-deck. Check your handsets - if its all coming from one handset then its an easy fix
