How Do You Track FB Conversions?

Does FB have a conversion pixel or postback tracking option?
Or does every ad URL need to be hard coded with a creative id to track the performance?
How do you FB advertisers tracking your offers?

We track using a new creative ID for every single ad we upload. You can automate this pretty easily, fyi, then compare the results to the exported csv from FB's reports manager.

closest is pouf's but you can't see which creative made which sale....

Do you need to ad any other kind of identification to the URL? For example a Campaign ID.
Would something like this work just fine? XXXXXXX.com/?ADID=2
