I had my bank make me around 5 extra business debit cards, and when they came, the first 12 of the 16 numbers on each card are the same, and just the last 4 are different.....
Not sure if that is the deal, but I just went through my last 3 today trying to make a new facebook account, but when I went to add my CC, it gave me that ad manager error page and saying we found suspicious activity or whatever.
My IP was changed ( dynamic IP w/ comcast) and I used a new user login every time.... And for the address I just used a real address that belongs to someone else in my city. Name I just made up.
So whats going on now? This used to work around a few months ago, now when I try the same thing its giving me this error... I wonder what they are doing now.... Any ideas?
Were these brand new accounts? Try it on an aged account.
It seems that a red flag is raised when you create a new account, then minutes later add the card to it. (for the exact reason they give you, it looks suspicious)
Not sure how you used a fake address that didn't match the address on the card though?
That's never worked for me.
did you make sure the numbers in your address matched up? I think you can make up the street name but the numbers are important.
ex/ 1234 main st. Money, CA 90210 can become 1234 stack st. Money, CA 90210
I've never done this fwiw but that's what I've read.
Found this:

Has anyone been successful getting their CC company to change numbers 5-11?
Heads up:
I spoke to an, umm, "contact" at FB today, and she said this is actually an internal error of theirs for new accounts the past few days. No need to be alarmed, they're aware of it, and are working to fix it. Most anyone trying to add a payment method on a new account is getting this error.
Thanks for clearing this up Joshogle!
Wow thanks a lot guys!! i was going crazy since i had no idea how they were catching me when it was just an error on their end (hopefully) lol
Nice work josh!
Any other state secrets you could get access to?
Cheers
Tijn
I added a payment method yesterday, and it gave me the "Send us an ID" message... Really weird, it was a personal account with no friends that I created a while ago, and now I can't even log in on it. The name on the account and on the card was almost the same, so I guess it's not that...
BTW the "http://www.facebook.com/ads/create/" link doesn't work anymore, I guess you have to first create a page or FB account?
Keep us updated Josh
