Do YOU use a specific time to launch ads? (7)
recently I just noticed i launch ads in 20+ countries randomly as they are uploaded, and perhaps I am cutting myself short. (perhap some of them are going live middle of the night in their timezones)
Does anyone only launch ads in primetime (18:00 local time for all ads)
Or, will it make no difference (in terms of CTRs)?
Wanted to hear your thoughts... 
For me, the CTRs are always better during the evenings...so in theory it is best to test new ads during that time...so that they "stick".
But when I have a decent angle and have all the ads approved and ready..I find it hard to wait till 5pm to start testing them..I get too restless lol 
In terms of CTR i remember definitely more clicks during the evening as well! I don't think it's wildly higher though, so probably isn't worth your time to launch during primetimes
I usually tend to try and get it running 8/9am in the country I'm advertising in, like most people though I get restless waiting around so just unleash them when they get approved
For me I don't really bother on what time I submit the ads. Yes I did try to submit ads around 1300 on local time and hope the reviewers would approve them within 4-5 hours so my ads can go live at 1800 on local time, but the reviewers often disappointed me.
Either they approve within hours, or they took 24 hours to approve them. So I gave up doing this and just submit ads when they are ready.
Facebook has really huge volume so I think it doesn't make much difference on the time you submit the ads because i'm sure there are enough people who online at unearthly hours (12am-9am) to see your ads.

Only time i don't like them to go live is in the wee hrs of the morning(for the timezone I am advertising in)....can kinda fuck with your cpc's and not give your ads a fair shake
