Will My Landing Page Pop?

Hi Stackers,

One quick question about PPV when targeting URL.
Let's say that I am targeting www.youandIdomain.com/bestofferinnewjersey.html

That url is ranked in position 3 in Google for term "best offer in New Jersey",
so when people find that url and click from search engine result page
will my landing page pop or my landing page pop if only people type directly on their browser?

it will pop when the url loads from search results and when they directly type it into their browser, but if someone else is targeting youandIdomain.com and bidding higher, they will get the pop.
