Quality Score: Bing
How long does it take to get assigned a quality score in Bing? Been 2 days for me and I see a dash under every keyword for Quality Score.
And if Quality Score goes up, does cpc go down?
Thanks - I need a newbie guide to Bing /PPC

Yeah I did build it. Just got prompt when logging in that I need to call support team. I called and they said my account is on hold and a specialist will get back to me in a few days. :/

You are dead comrade, without even a decent burial.
You
may get an email stating they have reviewed your account and it will remain closed.

if you account is closed, start a new one and avoid advertising the same domains in this closed account.

I will say this is not always the case...I have had that twice happened to me and I have got the account back both times....
that silverlight shit they use for their interface is wonky as fuck.....
my advice is always log in and out of adcenter.....never leave it "open".....never ever switch ip's while logged into adcenter....
those are my 2 bits of advice.....

same thing just happened to me but it was over CC. put in wrong addresse. caught it... to late. MSN had submitted it. did get hold of them today (mon) [they are closed on Sundays] and said tech is reviewing and will get back to me. We will see.
Still better then dealing with FB or GOOGLE
BUT they need to watch it between mobile and DSP/RTB those who do not play will die

for temporary hold/suspension of newly created accounts, this happens within 10 to 20 minutes of a newly created account.
can quickly check by trying to log in. if no issues after 20 minutes, its good news.
