Even legit companies are getting their accounts banned.
You could be promoting Nike Shoes and have your account banned for claiming
that Nike shoes have the ability to let you jump higher because of a special foam technology, even if its true.
eg, Standford University has Alumni that Change the World.
This claim could get the adwords account banned.
to an editorial team who has never heard of Standford University, its too hypey.
not everyone knows the creators of Google, Larry Page and Sergey Brin came from Standford.
Adwords emails will come telling you, how your site is taken down for site policy.
ignore those emails, they are originating from a call center somewhere in the world.
Especially if the product is legit and belonging to a big brand, pick up the phone and call.
don't be an email warrior, call, be fired up, but just call, especially if you are doing legit products.

So so true! In many cases we've had very clear guidance to what was wrong with our fake page and what we needed to do to get past the reviews and get it live!

We had an account terminated, a quick phone call cleared it all up once we told them we were the merchant and not an aff.
I had my account terminated. I called they did not give me my account back and politely asked that I do not call them again about it. I find it funny that they call it an account suspension instead of an account ban.
Seriously! I would love to hear from someone who got "UNBANNED" from Google.
I am not talking about recovering from a warning, or opening a new account with the whole New ID, New IP, New Credit Card Hassle.
Has anyone on this forum got their account BANNED and then got Mother Google to UnBan them?

There's not a hope in hell of getting my original AdWords account back. But the other account I use, which is still alive and kicking, is set up using details that aren't gonna be found on my birth certificate anytime soon.

I've got an account about 3/4months old but I haven't ran much on there but I got an email after submitting a campaign saying the site is against tos so won't be approved - then about an hour later they sent me another saying they have re-reviewed the page and it's fine (no changes by me).
Then woke up today with an email saying my account has been suspended for being against their policy. Will give them a call and see what they are on about.
