Which 2nd tier networks work for you?

Of course there is 7search that has some good traffic but out of the others which worked for you best? I had some luck with Adknowledge but dont like the panel they have.

Also important for me is to be able to put different url on ads, than the real ones.
Any guys here had luck with some 2nd tiers of this kind for US offers?

anybody knows if any of them make sense? Bidvertiser is known, but still nobody speaks about conversions there. And the other networks are totally unknown to me.
