Some of these apps are designed by top UX/UI designers in the world. They know what they're doing when it comes to userface design.

Very cool.

"Design patterns" sites are awesome, particularly for mobile where the rules aren't really established yet.

Yep theres a lot of wiggle room with all the designs for landing pages. It helps when your trying to design your landers to feel like an app with simple UX/UI.
