Recent Facebook Volume Issues

I've been running a decent amount of FB traffic for over a year now (multiple K spend a day) and the past week or two I've seen a very significant drop in volume. I'm guessing it's around 25% of what it was. This is for both campaigns that have been steady and strong for a good amount of time, and new campaigns I launch. It's also across multiple accounts.

I just wanted to hear from others who are running consistently if they have experienced the same. One other guy I know who runs a good amount of traffic is seeing a very similar traffic decrease. I don't know if its the lack of ads on the new timeline pages, a change in algorithm, or who knows what else, but its obviously pissing me off. I'm having to focus my efforts more elsewhere, but it sucks to see such a big source of traffic take such dive.

In the past week I've noticed a huge drop in CTR's, forcing me to raise my bids, and even still not getting a good amount of impressions.
Might try to remake the campaigns and start from there. But it's pissing me off too... very much so. You're not alone.

Yep, the same experience. The strangest thing is the same campaign in different countries, one impression the normal and the other no impression!

What received good amount of traffic previously seems to lose on the volume at the same bid. Even when I try to increase my bids by $.30 the volume just stuck there. I thought it was only me and FB dropped my volume due to retro-disapproves.

Same experience here. I'll raise my bid, but still get the same amount of clicks...the only thing different is the damn price I'm paying for these clicks.

I've copied the ads into a new campaign, gonna try to start them over and see if that works.... starting the bids high already, and letting facebook lower them, until I feel safe lowering them myself.

Well at least I'm not the only one. I'll try to take what little solace from that I can. Still though, super frustrating to see volume and thus profit take such a huge hit. I'm diversified some, but not as much as I'd like, gonna just have to devote more time to other sources.

I haven't seen any difference in my traffic lately or click prices. What type of stuff are you guys promoting?

My impression delivery on a gaming campaign dropped significantly the other day. Raised bids by a few cents and everything was fine again.

So we can say that FB just increased the bid price on the same volume lately. Means, they want more $$.
