Landing page query?

Hi all,

I have a few questions regarding FB & their T&C. I read this on their rules last night...

What are the Facebook Advertising Guidelines related to data and privacy?

Ad and Sponsored Stories creatives may not contain user data received or derived from Facebook, even if a user consents to such use.
User data received or derived from Facebook, including information collected from an ad, sponsored story, or derived from targeting criteria, may not be used off of Facebook without users’ prior express consent (and only to the extent such use isn’t otherwise prohibited under applicable policies).
Any permissible data collection or use of user data must be consistent with Facebook’s privacy policy and the privacy policy of the landing page and advertised site.
Does this mean I can create a landing page e.g. "CLICK HERE FOR YOUR FREE iPod" which then leads to the offer where they enter their e-mail/details for a free iPod? I tried it last night twice but I got varied responses each time & not enough information to pin-point the problem. They originally said my target page was against their rules so I added a landing page & re-subbed. They then said that my ad contained content that's against their T&C so I tried removing *Free* from the ad but it was still rejected? The only other thing I can think of is the pic? Perhaps it looked too much like a stock photo?

email submits are forbidden, so even with a lander you wont get it through
