there's barely any traffic!!! They pushed the button too soon. Carrier targeting not active yet.
What deon said, i've done some test and the traffic is low! They don't have the volume to go around at all and I'm saying that while testing it with very limited amount of people running with their mobile traffic.. it'll only get cut more.
So the 2billion impressions per month is a load of B/S?
Not sure if that is the same traffic but I am running a campaign on Exoclick targeting mobile devices...Screen says it all ;-)

RON campaign can barely get any traffic too. Just a waste of time, as of now. 
I thought it would be another opportunity.
I guess people just prefer larger screen when watching porn

Test different banner sizes and stop bidding the minimum. That's what I've learned so far there.
Plus you don't need to target carriers on offers that don't require them. It's no facebook, but they've got plenty of traffic
