I am trying to set up Prosper with Beyond Hosting, but have some questions about how it works. They make it nearly impossible to get their phone number, but I found it on a blog post on their site. Doesn't help though because nobody answers the line.

Anyone know how to get in touch with these guys?

tyler rocks. make sure you use tickets vs. hit him up on AIM.

I am happier with BH then I was with LW and Rackspace.

Sorry about exploding your server the other day, first downtime you had in 240 days :-( was hoping to make that a year+.
