Need HELP, Questions About Coreg Compliances

I'm about to start working on coreg, I have already got a handful of decent angles in my mind now. Before I start my campaigns, I'm concerned with the compliance of coreg.

I would just illustrate a scenario here, says I'm going to use Leadimpact and use amazon.com as my target. I will say something along these lines on my LP as

"You're One Of The Lucky Amazon's Visitors"

Finish the survey below in order to get a chance to win the latest Amazon Kindle.

So this is my front end stuff to be on my 1st page. After they key in their information and also the iframed PIN of the path, then they will go to my last page.

Here at my last page, I will just say something like "Thank you so much for your survey, you're now opted into our queue. You will be notified if you're one of the winners. Then I will put a disclaimer on my 1st and also last page as not everyone is guaranteed to win the Amazon Kindle.

Then later on I will randomly send an Amazon Kindle to one of my subscribers.

Is this fully compliant or somehow you find it shady?

Would like to get some inputs from you guys.

Thanks in advance.

When you're bidding on a trademark and using that trademark on your page without express written permission you're opening yourself up to a lot of trouble. But being that you're not in the US, who knows.

That's the same thing i wrote to my AM at Silver-path when i asked him to check my LP,

But he replied:

Hey Dario, you cannot use website branding like this, will get us in trouble right away. You got to change it .

If you're looking to be compliant with a company's policies, then it obviously doesn't matter where you're based, it matters where the company who's generating the revenue is based, which is in the US in this case.
