Anyone have experience working with Intela? Are they reliable?

Lack of responsiveness or apparent interest in getting business going. Offers go down and I'm not told, no follow-up. Payment delayed, but no notice given...Stuff like that. Talked to my AM today and they seem willing to work with me, so we'll see how it goes from here. I haven't done any volume with them yet so I don't expect red carpet treatment or anything, but lots of networks give good service to even low-volume affiliates. Just my initial impressions. I haven't seen them mentioned by anyone on the forum but it looks like they've been around for a while, so any feedback appreciated...Thanks.
I never tried Intela yet, but I heard many good things about them.
