I bought the book last week at the recommendation of some people in the thread here on STM, just finished it last night. I'd definitely recommend it to those writing copy -- very good tips in there. 
I love this book. It is my third favorite on marketing. Influence and Tested Advertising Methods are the first two.
I have it, amazing stuff..... but its written so direct to the point, and the author know so much about marketing... that I feel (because it is) like science fiction to me.... what I do, is re-reading it often hoping my brain while catch up.....like 'stop being a freakin programmer and sell something to people'
he's more direct response advertising vs. online marketing.... did a consultation with him a few years ago and found he didn't really 'get' online marketing much... although he gets direct response copywriting really well.

If you don't have it. Go to Amazon.com right now, search for Cashvertising and order it. You'll have it in a day or two, then READ it and you're fucking jaw will drop.
It was one of the first books I read when I was getting started in affiliate marketing, and besides Influence, it's probably still the book I come back to most. I keep it on my desk for mooching inspiration when I need it.
It's really a must-have book for anybody new to the industry.

Reason i want to share the download link is because not everyone can buy this book even they have the money. Like me who live in indonesia, i can't purchase it from amazon.com I never purchase anything from amazon.com, so i think amazon didn't offer international shipping for a book. Please do correct me if i'm wrong.

I picked up a copy of Cashvertising when I was out today. Looking forward to reading it.
i really wish he would put a sequel book out with even more good info... maybe one based on online maketing specifically... that would be great
