Not sure if anyone has seen the latest from the FTC....

Hard to say who/what the scope of this will be but...it looks nasty for anyone in the niche....
I don't think they will get away with the requirement that bizops publish past customer's personal info. It is amazing that the ftc goons think that is appropriate.
i would lol if biz opp advertisers include an "FTC" page with the names and contact info of all purchasers ... as per their requirements.
Only the death of US Biz OPs
Scare tactics, smoke and mirrors.
I'm sure a few poor fall-guys will be used as scapegoats, but there's no way they can expect to implement all of this shit in a way that doesn't backfire on their own arses spectacularly.
Bizopp is huge internationally and it takes many forms. For example, in Russia it comes in the form of Forex and day trading... same with Middle East! Think creatively and you'll prosper no matter what the rules/regulations are in the United States.
to me, its kinda like the 'no tobacco' rule in amsterdam coffeeshops.... ya many of the shops tell you not to use it, but most don't give a shit as long as you're not blatant about it... the govmnt has a hard time going everywhere and seeing whats up... nor do they seem to give a shit.
but its a rule.
they'll probably hit some big $$ offenders off the bat to make a point, then it'll quiet down.
We are going strong here at EWA.
