make sure you get your ads translated via onehourtranslation.com for the intl countries
when you are starting out, stay focus with 1-2 countries first. Get LPs set up, then test them on these countries.
When you see promising results, scale your exact campaign over with your best lander and ad copy and optimize things. Focusing on too many countries at a go will only make your campaigns unmanageable.
I think some of those be2 offers are red on mywot, so facebook will decline the ads unless you cloak

Simply direct linking won't work because there are so many newbies out there just DL the offer and expect good results.
You always want to use LP to pre-sell the visitors and make them convert on the advertiser end so that you can get a higher than usual payout from them, and remain a close relationship with them.
Most people enter this affiliate marketing business with a mindset to make "quick money", however, the fact is, there is no "quick money" because Affiliate Marketing, after all, involves hard work and brain juices. When you have done all these optimization, that's the point you will start ranking in $$$$$.
Take my words, build LPs and get them translated. Then use them on your campaigns. Or, you can just direct linking, and watch your money burned on your traffic source, and you come back here and tell us "affiliate marketing doesn't work!".
* Sorry for being harsh but we are here to learn and help each other to become a better affiliate. Since you paid $99, why not fully utilizing it by learning what are the top affiliates are doing?
