Hey all,
So I'm getting very close to starting and have just a few questions, if you would share your thoughts I would appreciate it.
Here is my situation so far:
1.) Signed up with Peerfly successfully.
2.) Budget of $2500.
3.) Putting up a small static site that will host my landing pages.
Here are my questions:
1.) Should I sign up with more than one affiliate network? If yes, what is the benefit?
2.) Which traffic source would you recommend between Facebook and POF?
3.) How do you decide on what offer to promote?
and lastly...
4.) When do you make the decision about when to switch offers if something is not profitable?
Thanks in advance - all answers are appreciated!
Dustin
Hi there, I moved your thread to the appropriate section.
1. Sure, more range of offers. You can split test offers across the networks. You can use networks that have offers direct instead of brokered.
2. Depends, have you used any before? They both make money. There is tonnes of info about both sources on the forums.
3. Based on the traffic source, and offers that I've had experience with in the past. When I started off I based it on what offers my network had. Ask peerfly what offers are doing decent volume for FB or POF. I would start from there.
4. There is no set rule. It's so dependent on your entire set up. It's case by case, we can help you once we know your set up.
P.S. Most of your questions have been answered before on the forums. Please use the search bar on the top right.
Cheers and welcome!
Definitely sign up for more networks, and like Mr. Green said ask them what the top converting offers are for whatever traffic source you plan on running. Another reason for multiple networks is once you do decide on an offer, it's good to split test the same offer on different networks because you'd be surprised how the epc's vary between networks on the same offer.
