What kind of private policy do you need when running coreg? Something along the lines of what will happen with their data etc?

Also does it need to be displayed on page or is just a link sufficient?

They might if you are doing exactly same thing as them but what if something in your funnel is a bit different ordering custom one makes you a bit safer.
