PPV Biz Opp Lead Generation Campaign Follow Along (4)
This is the first lead generation campaign I've run. I wanted to get some pointers along the way to make this profitable. I got the inspiration from one of rucks case studies.
First up I'll explain how my lead gen funnel looks.
-->> The opt-in form pops on the target
-->> Once they enter their name and email they go straight to an offer wall with the top EPC biz opp offers.
-->> Then if they try to close the window (of the 1st offer wall) up comes an exit pop, offering NO FEE biz opp offers and the 2nd offer wall (with smaller payout lead gen offers like inboxdollars, vindale surveys, partner with Paul) as a last ditch attempt to monetize the visitor.
--> Then I send them follow up emails once they become a confirmed subscriber (double opt-in)
Traffic Source: Traffic Vance
Targets: work at home, make money online keywords and URLs, other biz opp offers, clickbank biz opp offers and some demographic targets.
Spend: $231
Revenue: $110
Subscribers: 182
Confirmed (double optin'd): 35
Over all optin rate - 7.62% (Though some better targets are 20-30%)
Offer Wall CTR: 59.18%
Exit Pop Offer Wall CTR: 56%
I've tested a few different optin forms and the ugly stock standard Aweber form was the best there.
So basically I have 1 conversion, which came from the front end offer wall. I want to make profits on the front end, and anything that comes from the email follow up will be extra gravy.
The offers on the offer wall have higher payouts.
I've just done some basic optimization by pausing non performing targets.
With 182 single optins, 35 confirmed leads seems low. Is that good? How can I improve it?

try using a custom made thank you page? maybe do something like "Step 1/2" - offer wall 1 (also your thank you page), then a line below telling them to confirm their email link to complete Step 2.
Then on your confirmed page, you can go "Step 2/2 - Congratulations!" then use it as offer wall 2
Just my 2 cents
I have done a custom Thank You page by copying the aweber video thank you page setup.
I just did a screenshot of the video and then copied the sound and used niftyplayer to play it on my thank you page.
Then below that put some offers. So far my confirmations are approx 50% but I just started and it's a small sample.
