Was wondering if there are any Aussie affiliates or anyone who knows how what bank or how to get employee credit cards, or create VCC's like BoA in Australia for when you get banned?

You need a business credit account & you can assign additional cards to employees which are hooked up to the primary credit account. You'd need to satisfy minimum business credit requirements though.
Are you operating under a company, sole trader or partnership? They will ask you for 2 years worth of tax docs either way. If you have an accountant you can refer them off to him/her I think.
Just call AMEX, Citibank or one of the top 5 & ask what's involved. I find AMEX & Citi have the most competitive cards atm. Make sure you get rewards!
AFAIK business credit cards are not that easy to get...especially if the company structure was only set up recently...if that's the case, they want the biz cc be cash covered...
