Scandinavia, expensive as shit... for good reason though, I still have rebills go through from there from a site I shut down over a year ago, and their cards always went through at a much higher % than anywhere else. And the women.... wait, getting off track here

This isn't as accurate as the one on www.socialbakers.com because AU itself should be higher. Japan?

The countries in green tend to be low income and so those conversions aren't worth as much. It's all relative.
