Pixels are not firing - what to do?

My pixels of CPV lab and POF are not firing in atleast 2 networks.

for pof i even changed http to https

the AM's have tried to help me a lot but still no results. tried them in offer and placing globally.

Adsimilis- now working for both cpvlab and pof (http and https placed on offer and globally both url and image)
EWA- POF not working

i am losing conversion data.

Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi Chilliflakes,

This is Samantha from the help desk.

If your POF pixel isn't firing at EWA, you can add it to your CPV Lab campaign setup page in the space provided for additional pixels...then place your CPV Lab iFrame pixel at EWA (make sure it's secure) and that should fix the issue here. I would also do the same for your Adsimilis campaign. Please see the attached screenshot.

If you are still having this issue, please submit a support ticket and we will look further into it.
