please help me with the landing pages issues.... (9)

I'm trying to run my first PPV campaigns...
I followed the video instruction here about ripping lander pages and its awesome! i loved it!
my problem is when trying to create my own customized landing page, basically what are the exact steps i need to take after having the design until it on the web...
I even have to admit i had problems with uploading it correctly to the FTP 
from some reason after uploading i can't see the page online on the adress i thought it should be at... shame on me, I'm trying to learn "WYSIWYG Web Builder" software at the moment( have the trial version so far)...and still seeing problems the most with were should i upload the file i'm getting....
basically lets sums it up
1. how you go from design to html page?
2. how you upload all your files to FTP and manage it all on your domain with all the campaigns?

1) Either learn to code html, or hire it out. One option is Fiverr. People will convert PSD(photoshop file) to HTML for $5 http://fiverr.com/gigs/search?query=psd&x=0&y=0
I had a newbie question about landing pages. I created an LP using Pixlr.com and coded it on Dreamweaver and set the LP size to the allowable size at LI which is 750x450. However every time I test and open the LP it pops up the whole browser showing the LP on the top left corner of the browser and I don't know how to re size the browser,so that it also pops up the same size as the LP. Anybody know how to do this? does LI automatically fit the LP size with the browser for you when they pop it? (I doubt it lol)
Btw has anyone experienced with Landing page genius? if so would you recommend it to newbies?
does anybody know if I actually have to code in the browser to fit the 750x450 LP or does lead impact does that for you????

LI does it for you, but check or you got no JS in there to make the screen go full, will lead to disapproval from LI
Ok I got it. check to make sure I don't have Java script so the browser doesn't go full. That would have to bee coded in by me otherwise it's not automatically in there is it? Would you know how would that JS would look like?
