hey,i need some Norway traffic,and i don't know which ad network i can get massive traffic, i use inmobi,but this network only a little clicks.

Some of the networks have campaign planning tools, look at those. Reach out to reps or general sales channels and ask to speak to a rep. Ask them for unique reach & page view figs.
