I have my own Cash on delivery ED product in Saudi arabia, tho that country is banning most of the adult websites there so my traffic is too slow on all the adult networks & even natives aren't doing very well , i want to run it on facebook , any suggestions to run such a product safely without getting banned ?

Prescription drugs are also regulated, which includes Viagra and some alternatives.
But as long as no prescription is requires, you might be able to sell on FB.
The key is to not use any sexual imagery or wording and you cannot focus on pleasure... it must be about the medical benefit. The best would be to use an agency account that can help with the appeals as a LARGE part of these Ads will get rejected no matter how you word them.
