Instant transfer debit cards

Does anyone know some good debit cards that allow you to instantly deposit money to them?

I usually instantly transfer money from bank account to a debit card and use the debit card to fund my ad account.

I used to use Revolut but they kicked me with no explaination and all the cards I have now will take 3-5 days just to transfer the funds.

I don't use my bank's debit card because I get charged an International fee for using it.
