Is there a way to find people who have lists in a niche? It seems like most place I have contacted they want a 10k order I am looking for smaller and perhaps would email on a cpa basis.

There are a number of e-zine lists out there organized by niche. These lists are all free. Presumably some, if not most, of them sell ads to their subscribers. This is some of what I found Googling "ezine list":

There is also a paid directory of e-zine lists. On the plus side, it gets into the specifics of each list in terms of list size, ad rates, etc. I haven't bought it, though, so I can't vouch for its value.

I have bought directoryofezines and at this point I woulnd't recommend it. I paid $197 and found out that it is very outdated. Apparently they are updating their directory and this has been going on for a few months now. The homepage says they are transferring and updating everything over the last 60 days(its been longer then that) and they expect another 60 days to be completed.

hi, do you have a high converting offer? that would be a plus for someone with an email list to work on a CPA basis with you.
