My AMs don't respond to me, need help! (8)

My AMs don't respond to me, need help!

Hey,
I've been doing the beginner tutorials and it said to contact your AM for various things. My problem is that my AMs don't respond to me, no matter if I email them or write them on skype. It's been days with no response sadly. I couldn't complete the "1$ Guide" because I couldn't get my link confirmed and I'm now in the process of doing the "Vortex 40 day pop tutorial" and I've also contacted various AMs to ask about offers with no response. My question is, should I just move on and try to look for the offers myself on the website or should I wait a few days?
I'm also concerned about contacting them later down the line. If it takes a week for every little thing to get done, I'm never gonna finish the tutorial...

Hey Stancup,

Let me support the Army of Affiliate Managers to whom I belong.
Of course, every single affiliate is super important to us.
Sometimes we just could be busy with a lot of other things like communication with other affiliates, checking statistics, and other things.

What about quality of your traffic? Did you ever sent fraud or other types of low quality traffic?

Another important issue: we`re all humans.
Affiliate Managers should be your best friends the same as you to them so maybe it`s good to think about your behavior.
Sometimes this is just one of the reasons for not very successful communication between both of you.

Hope it will help.
Good luck with your journey!

Not sure since when you are trying... but currently it is AWE. Many AMs attend it and probably also had to prepare for it. So replies can take a bit longer than normal.

For several networks you don't necessarily need an AM to start. For expample on Mobipium and Mobidea you can put your postback by yourself.

Some trackers have templates incl. global postback for several networks. All you need is to copy them or adjust tokens slightly.

In case you need any help for that, you can ask your questions here. Just start a follow along and for sure somebody will jump in and help you.

I'm also concerned about contacting them later down the line.
Best you can do is to take a few deep breaths and relax. If they haven't replied to you within a week, just ask them politely if they can help you now.

As for offer selection....

Most networks have a newsletter or they have sections with top offers on their site. Just go with these first. In the end you will have test loads of stuff anyway.

An even better option might be to join or launch a mastermind group and coordinate with like minded people on your level.

This can definitely be the reason. Plenty of AMs are still traveling, there are always delays when a major conference takes place.

Has this been the case just recently or they were always not responsive?

Well I have some good news. One of my AMs has responded and he is very quick. So I'm quite relieved.
But yeah so far the others have not said anything yet. I've just started out so I can't say if they are always not responsive. But with one exception they have been unresponsive so far.

This is a common problem that new affiliates have to face. The AMs simply don't have enough time to deal with everyone so quite a few of them prefer the spend their time on established affiliates who can drive volume.

It's not the ideal situation, but it's the way it is.

BUT, this doesn't mean that all AMs are like this or that it would be acceptable behavior for them to ignore you completely. It's normal for a fresh/new affiliate to have to wait a bit longer for a reply than an established one, but there are limits to this.

Now you have one who is quick to answer, so work with that network first. Give the other ones a few more days as they really might be traveling still... but if they don't get back to you in a reasonable time... well there is enough networks out there to choose from. And if you really NEED TO work with any given network, you can try to email to the default support email and ask for a new AM. It's not the ideal start, but it does help at times

Yes, this also could be one of the reasons.

Another way that could help to grow your experience start Follow Along Thread and share with us your milestones.

Good luck!

Hi @stancup!

I know I'm late to the thread, but if you STILL haven't gotten accepted by any of the networks I covered in either tutorial, please PM me the email you signed up with and I'll personally follow this up for you!

(And please post here to remind me to check for your PM!)
