Looking for lead gen experts for Developer outsourcing

Hi All, I'm looking to connect with anyone that has the ability to drive leads for software developer roles, ideally Salesforce based roles but open to all. I'm keen to find partners that we can work closely with to fine tune the persona/copy/creative and do some experiments with.

Open to comments or suggestions.
