[10-Jun-2022] Another day of cranking out ads - you?

Hey STM familia!

I'll be working online for the next few hours. Again, you're welcomed to join me on zoom.

https://us02web.zoom.us/j/6876276768...pMeVVJV3lEdz09

Chat will be disabled there, but we can use this thread to chat instead.

What are you working on today? What are you looking to accomplish in the next few hours? Posting here can be a good way of holding yourself accountable.

My plans:

-Reply to STM posts + catch up on STM-related tasks (left from yesterday) [In Progress...]

-Continue to create tiktok ads for the solar offer [In Progress...]

What are YOU doing today?

(Background Info:

Any of you working alone? Need some support to increase productivity?

I'll be online for the next few hours. You're welcomed to join me on zoom.

I've disabled chat (at least for now) so we can be more productive. But we can quietly support each other in spirit.

This would be the equivalent of a study group in a library. We each arrive sporadically, sit down, do some hardcore work, then leave whenever.

I picked up this idea from those study livestreams on Tiktok - the ones showing someone studying, and people joining to virtually study "together".)

I'll be working on studying up on launching ecom ads on TikTok. There seems to be a bit more steps to launching ecom that lead gen in terms of optimization events. A lot of mixed ways I hear from experts when trying to launch ecom. Will have to test it out.

People say start with view content first and then build up a retargeting audience all they way to complete payment. On the other side, there's people that say go straight to complete payment.

I wonder about that too. So far I've only been running conversion campaigns optimizing towards complete payment. Haven't tried the other approach yet - one of these days I may split test the two to see which performs better.

Creating two new websites in the same niche in two geos I had not seen had so much SEO traffic. Basically copy/paste by changing the content. If I finish tomorrow as planned, that will the fastest sites I ever deployed. And another 3 websites by end of month to cover all keywords.

These websites are pretty easy to deploy. At some point I was managing 100s of them on subdomains... if google bites, it can be a nice money maker

I am making them manually as I copy paste the one I initially bought, which is based on WP, and I spent the day curating content. But, do you recommend scripts to deploy them and source photos, or white label solutions connected to affiliate offers?

I'm drinking a beer. And attending a mastermind. And wishing I could run more lead gen offers on weekends.

But now I want @jeremie to write some articles on SEO and how to do it in the current year.

Want to get into it, as it seems lucrative af. So many ways to go about it. Use ahrefs to keyword search, write articles, buy quality backlinks at $500-800... No idea where to start or who to trust

For SEO, I focus on the on-site SEO and very fast websites. That is enough for the keyword I am focused on.
I am absolutely not an SEO expert. You can watch videos on this guy Youtube channel

This is a side project, so I usually don't start from scratch. I try to buy a site in the first 10 google results for less than a year profit. This is still possible with small sites.

I look for niches with 10K monthly searches and above, in a geo with enough opportunities to monetize with offers, with keyword difficulty less than 15 in Ahrefs. These are not sites which are going to make you millionaire, but it is a decent strategy to build a 10K monthly passive income, by stacking 10-20 of theses.

Ideally, i found a niche where there is no reference site so I am going to rank very quickly without doing anything.

You're awesome! For being the expert in SEO, it's funny that I've never heard of him

Now my next week is filled with more youtube watching, thanks!

This post looks like the start of an SOP you could one day pass off to a few VAs to generate a growing inventory of sites that can bring passive income for a long time to come!

It still surprises me how a lot of people would do 80% of the hard work, then run out of passion and sell the project - not realizing that it's the remaining 20% effort that will give them the last 80% of results they need to reach success (or achieve way more than with the initial 80% effort).

Thanks for sharing and I look forward to the day (one day soon) when you tell us you've reached that 10k/mo milestone!

Yes, that is the plan for next year. I already have a few people interested in providing equity to buy bigger sites. This year, I want to finish all the projects which I started and have paused.

It's been a while since I've built some sites like this, but there used to be great scripts that would basically scrape websites or sponsored gallery pages and simply generate sites almost on the fly.

At some point, these guys had the most popular scripts for running tubes or tgps and looks like they are still in business: https://www.mechbunny.com/ Maybe check it to see if it would be of any use to you.

For whitelabels, I was running both livecam and dating whitelabels, but these required separate domains so it wasn't possible to incorporate those into a standalone site, so probably not what you are looking for. But the top cam affiliate programs had some cool creatives that you could implement... model lists, prerecorded sessions, model profiles etc... these were let's call it "embedable".
