Unable to contact Advertizer.com push ad network

I was testing new push ad networks and decided to try advertizer.com, but their support staff keeps rejecting my application with no explaination.

Till now, i have signed up 4 times using different email ids and they have rejected all my applications.

I tried reaching out to their 3 managers(on skype) none of them is replying.
Their support staff has this policy that they don't reply to messages on skype.

Basically, there is no way to reach them.

If anyone has a contact or way to reach them, please let me know.

That's very odd!

Can you please skype me the email you applied to them with? Let me see if I could find out what the issue is.
