Newbie 12 Week game plan

Alright, I'm new here. Only other post I have here is from my intro post and I've been twiddling my thumbs with how to proceed. I've got a whole lot of theory under my belt, but not a whole lot of practice so to speak. I've used paid ads before in the past for things like ecommerce, but I am by no means a pro at paid advertising. A basic understanding and application, that's where I'm at.

So here's the thing I've learned that I tend to work better/learn more if I have a sort of game plan to consult about my day to day activities.

Being able to see something like

First Week
Day 1 - Research 3 hours, Test campaign 2 hours, analyze metrics 1 hour, etc
Day 2 - Research 1 hours, Start new campaigns 2 hours, etc

Literally having a schedule to be able to consult on what I should be spending my time on because I know I personally end up focusing a LOT of time on things at the wrong stage. Like during my ecommerce days I know I probably wasted HELLA time trying to make sure my site looked good enough (it did) instead of trying to see if I even had winning products because I was super cautious with my adspend. I remember one day I had spent like $80 on ads one week that resulted in one sale and it scared the hell out of me to the point of not wanting to run ads again until I knew more. (Fun fact, I learned more about ads and was still too scared to dive back into them again).

There's also the situation of choice paralysis that I get caught up with. There appears to be a LOT of options that I could take (push, pop, natives, etc) and a lot of verticals that I can choose from. I have no idea the relative barrier for entry is for any of them nor do I know what would seem too ambitious.

There's a lot of talk at present about Tiktok and its capabilities, and I've seen a few follow-alongs about people seeing some success with it. I've been curious about Tiktok myself for my non-AM business as a personal branding tool so that may be something to explore. As far as anything else goes? I've got nothing. Everything is foggy and I'd honestly feel like me leaving it to chance or randomly picking something would yield the same result.

ALL that being said I have the goal of trying to hit $200/day profit in six months, but I need a little bit of guidance on mapping out what that would look like. I was told that that should be fairly doable, but knowing and doing are two different things.

On the way to doing that I was also thinking about freelancing to get more experience in things like copyrighting (any book/course recommendations to get me to the entry point there would be nice btw).

Also apologies if this seems all of the place. It's a matter of I don't know what I don't know and I know there's an INCREDIBLE amount to learn. I'll be hitting up some Vortex's newbie guides in a day or so, so at least that's on the roadmap already.

If someone could offer guidance on any of the following
1. Crafting a schedule that I can utilize for the next three months to start off my AM journey on the best foot
2. Recommendations on traffic sources I should be focusing on
3. Recommendations on writing copy that converts and where/how to learn to do it

Hi feralxan, welcome to the forum.

With dedicating 6hrs/day and a follow along you are all set for success. Within 6 months you will for sure learn quite a lot.

ALL that being said I have the goal of trying to hit $200/day profit in six months, but I need a little bit of guidance on mapping out what that would look like.
That's the equivalent to 73k a year. Some would regard that as quite a good salary.

It is possible to reach such a level within 1/2 a year. However this also depends on your test budget / day, your learning skills and of course some luck.

But hey... if you shoot for the stars you may very well reach the moon... which also wouldn't be bad for your first 6months.

That being said... I highly recommend you to start a follow along. With this you committ yourself to your mission and give people a chance to be part of your journey.
