Can we run Adult traffic staying in a country like UAE. I am asking this because there are lot of restrictions for the Adult content. So will it be a good idea to keep on running Adult campaigns if you are shifting to UAE. Or we should stop running Adult campaigns still you are staying in UAE.
Well, adult content is illegal in UAE, both on the internet and in personal possession... so if you have adult content in your laptop or phone, you are breaking the law too.
Obviously, people are by-passing the local firewalls with VPNs... but, even VPNs are illegal to be used over there. Unless it's an official and compliant VPN managed by some local provider... which obviously makes it useless.
Whether you could actually get caught or not and how much they really enforce these laws on foreigners... I have no idea, my guess would be that for example in Dubai, there would be more lenient, but since the risk of jailtime is involved, I would definitely do my research properly.
I'd say this comes down to your personal risk tolerance levels

Just use a VPN and you will be fine (speaking from experience). Don't be that guy who tells anyone that you run adult traffic even when you think they are your friends. Dubai is a major major major police state. They gov knows where you are, when you are and with whom you are.
There is a bit of a false illusion of freedom down here, but for those of us that decided to live there for a while it's a whole lot different. You have to give your fingerprint to get a sim card, you have cameras EVERYWHERE, your car is being tracked from point A to point B and so on.
Just be smart about it, like with everything else that is illegal there. You'll notice real quick that there are certain double standards in this society. Drugs, Prostitutes amongst other things are widely available, even it's also illegal but it's tolerated in certain circles. Just keep your guard up all times in Dubai and don't be a clown about your business and you'll be fine

As it’s not allowed to watch adult in UAE, I think it’s a question about a good VPN. But you should realize that it’s all on your own risk.
Is it worth it?
Especially, when you have your Plan B with FB and TikTok.
I am very much clear that I will not be doing Adult till the time I will be in UAE. As I don't want to take risk.
But will it be ok to use VPN even spying/R&D for Facebook and TikTok? Because I want to go for one of these only.
I might be in Abu Dhabi not in Dubai. Hope laws are same for both cities.
I'm not sure I'd take legal advice from a bunch of marketers about how a foreign government will react on if I use a VPN or not. What I glanced at so far suggests you can use one as long as you don't violate the law. But I didn't dive into what the law says is allowed or not, nor what the penalties are. I strongly urge you to contact research the laws yourself and perhaps even consult a local attorney who is familiar with the UAE.
Not sure what the question is exactly. If you're not in UAE, then there is very little risk. The Dubai cops aren't going to knock on your door in Canada or Germany and arrest you for slinging porn to horny guys in another country. Worst that can happen is getting kicked from an offer.
If you're in UAE and considering it... there seems to be a lot of risk, so I'd pass-- unless you know what you're doing. (Something way beyond a VPN. Even using tor+ a remote desktop in another country might not be enough).
But if you were comfortable with that risk (and knew how to bypass a lot of tech stuff), you wouldn't be asking the question, so... run some sweeps or something

As for using a VPN for just spying on TikTok or FB, that's probably quite safe. They (UAE) have a law that prohibits the usage of VPNs (https://thearabianpost.com/vpn-banne...0-fine-caught/), but prostitution is illegal in Thailand too
But iwanttofly is right, it would be the best to consult a local, the possible fines are pretty high.
