I'm looking for ways to monetize some older adult twitter accounts i have (follower count ranging from 25K up to 750K). Unfortunately i've let the accounts stagnate over the past year or so, so engagement is not what it used to be, but am now looking to see if it's worth reigniting them again.
In the past i mostly used affiliate links embedded in video clips (either to smartlinks or to paysite membership signups, as well as some Cam offers), plus some other methods, eg, using twitter ads (without payment) to create Video Website Cards, as well as trading in retweet groups to increase exposure for the links.
Using these methods i had varying results, but nothing to get too excited about (on average between €100-€200 per week generated, but this was a couple years ago now)
If anyone has had any success with adult twitter and has some pointers for me, i would love to hear it!

I would say you pretty much exhausted the options, all that I was going to suggest was already tried by yourself.
I can think of one more method though. The onlyfans craze is behind the massive growth of amateur adult performers. Take a look at TikTok for example, almost all the girls posting mildly sexual tiktoks also have an onlyfans profile and they use TT to drive traffic to it. So maybe check some of those OF clones that have an affiliate program and try to funnel traffic there by posting the content from the girls they have on the network.
Maybe you could even sell tweets to the new onlyfans models who just try to build a following, could be worth a shot.
